Important: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our subscription services. If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • New Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Service Issues: Technical problems or service failures that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization or due to billing errors
  • Duplicate Payments: Multiple charges for the same subscription or service
  • Non-Delivery: Paid services that were not delivered or made available to you

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period
  • Partial Periods: Unused portions of subscription periods (refunds are not prorated)
  • Custom Development: Custom software development services once work has commenced
  • Digital Products: Downloadable products or services that have been accessed or used
  • Third-Party Services: Fees paid to third-party service providers integrated with our services
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased at discounted or promotional rates (unless otherwise stated)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  5. Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days from approval
  • Bank or credit card processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund current subscription period. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Refund: Returns payment and typically results in immediate loss of access to the service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings without requesting a refund.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Financial hardship
  • Extended service outages
  • Other extraordinary situations

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • We reserve the right to pursue resolution through appropriate channels

8. Service Credits

In certain situations, we may offer service credits as an alternative to refunds:

  • Service credits can be applied to future subscriptions or upgrades
  • Credits do not expire unless your account is closed
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
