Refund Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains when you can get your money back for our products. It applies to Classify, Aptly, Stash, Germina and any other product that links to it, and works together with our Terms of Service.
In short: every product has a free plan or a free version, so you can try it before paying. If you subscribe on the web and the product is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will give it back. Purchases made in Google Play or the App Store are refunded by the store.
1. Where you paid decides who refunds
| Where you paid | Products | How to ask for a refund |
|---|---|---|
| On the web (Stripe) | Classify Pro, Aptly Premium, Stash Pro | Email contact@bushcoding.com (section 3) |
| Google Play | Aptly Premium, Germina Plus | From your Google Play order history, under Google Play's refund policy |
| Apple App Store | Aptly Premium, Germina Plus | At reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's policy |
| A project contract | Custom websites, apps and services | As agreed in the proposal or contract |
We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, but if the store cannot help you, write to us and we will try to find a solution.
2. Web subscriptions: when we refund
- First payment: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of the first payment of a subscription. This applies once per person and product.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation that took effect, or charges you did not authorize are refunded in full whenever you report them.
- Service failures: if a paid feature does not work for a significant part of a billing period because of a problem on our side that we could not fix, we will refund or credit the affected period.
- Renewals: renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, except in the cases above. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- We do not refund the unused part of a period when you cancel, except when we close your account without a breach on your part (see the Terms).
Where the consumer law of the place where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund on other terms, that law applies.
3. How to ask for a refund
- Email contact@bushcoding.com with the subject "Refund request", from the email address of your account.
- Tell us the product, the date of the charge and, if you want, why it was not right for you.
- We answer within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
When a subscription is refunded, it is canceled and the account returns to the free plan. Your data is not deleted.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we solve billing problems quickly and a dispute takes much longer. While a dispute is open, we may suspend the paid features of the account involved.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes do not apply to payments made before the update.
